Formerly a homestead of the Boothe family, Boothe Memorial Park & Museum is now a scenic recreation area with picnicking options, a rose garden, and a museum displaying early farm equipment, carriages, trolley cars, and other transportation memorabila. It occupies 32 acres about five miles west of downtown Milford, near Mill River Country Club. The park is a popular wedding site.
Open June - Oct: Park open daily 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Museum open Tue. - Fri. 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Sat. and Sun. 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
